This immersive online workshop is tailored for individuals that want to adopt and improve Agile approaches. Through a dynamic blend of simulations, real-life scenarios, exercises, group discussions, and role plays, participants will gain hands-on experience in Agile practices.
Our comprehensive curriculum delves into all core aspects of Scrum, covering topics such as Scrum theory, accountability, events, sprint and increment, Scrum artifacts, and essential Scrum master competencies including facilitation, teaching, mentoring, and coaching.
海角直播 is dedicated to delivering professional training that upholds the standards of the Scrum Alliance while maintaining academic integrity. Upon successful completion of our program, you’ll have the opportunity to take the CSM庐 Exam online. Your course registration includes exam fees and a two-year membership with the Scrum Alliance. Upon passing the exam, you’ll earn the esteemed title of Certified Scrum Master庐 valid for two years.

- Agile; history, common frameworks, defined v. empirical process, and the Agile Manifesto.

Credit/Continuing Education
As a leading local university for CSM庐 Certification, we offer participants 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and 16 Scrum Educational Units (SEUs). Additionally, certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) can earn 16 PDUs through our program.
As part of 海角直播鈥檚 College of Graduate Professional Studies, this course is registered as a 1 credit hour elective.
