Title IX
The University is committed to maintaining a learning and working environment that is free from discrimination based on sex in accordance with Title IX of the Higher Education Amendments of 1972 (鈥淭itle IX鈥), which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities; Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (鈥淭itle VII鈥), which prohibits sex discrimination in employment; and the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (鈥淪aVE Act鈥), Violence Against Women Act (鈥淰AWA鈥), and Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Act. The University will promptly discipline any individuals within its control who violate this Policy.
Accordingly, 海角直播 urges an individual to make a formal report if that individual is the victim of sexual misconduct or harassment, has knowledge of another person being the victim of sexual misconduct or harassment, or believes in good faith that they have witnessed a possible warning sign of sexual misconduct or harassment. A report of sexual misconduct or harassment will be dealt with promptly. Confidentiality will be maintained to the greatest extent possible.
