Katherine Alsip, ICF-ACC, is an organization development practitioner, team-building facilitator, and leadership coach. She has coached a wide range of individuals around navigating leadership challenges, pursuing excellence at work, and helping businesses succeed through a focus on their people.
She is dedicated to elevating coaching as a profession and an essential part of thriving organizations and serves that purpose in two ways. First by teaching the next generation of leadership coaches as a graduate-level instructor for the coach training program at º£½ÇÖ±²¥ and second by proudly serving as an elected member of the Board for ICF Heartland Chapter, the professional organization that serves coaches in Kansas and Missouri. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Masters in Organizational Development, and graduate certificates in Executive Leadership and Leadership Coaching, she is well-versed in the study of team development and leadership.
